I am an avid sport fan that appreciates the value that sport can bring to an individual and to a community. The growth of sport and the community enrichment that it provides is an essential part of a vibrant city and providing an enjoyable quality of life to its residents. However, such growth is dependent on a dedicated and large group of volunteers. I am the
president of Red Deer Minor Football and I currently serve on a number of other Boards in various positions and have coached in the Red Deer Minor Hockey and Red Deer Minor Football programs for many years. I am also the head coach of the Prairie Fire Football Club, central Alberta's elite midget football team. I have been married to my wife Cathy for nearly 19 years and we have been blessed with three fantastic kids, Ashton, Kaden and
Christiana.
